How to Earn a Certificate

To earn this certificate, you must:
  1. Apply and be admitted to the program.
  2. Complete the required coursework, including any approved substitutions.
  3. Apply to graduate and confirm with your academic adviser that all requirements are met.

Please note that completing the coursework alone does not earn you the certificate. If you're pursuing a certificate as a stacked credential within another degree program, you must apply for the certificate before completing that program—the certificate is not automatically awarded after your degree is conferred.
