Civic and democratic engagement are central to the mission of higher education and the values of The University of Baltimore. Participation in local, state, and federal elections is a real and tangible way for our students, staff and faculty to affect our community. Whether you are brand new to voting or an experienced voter, you can learn more about the voting process and resources available to you here. IN 2016, The University of Baltimore WAS THE only campus in the nation to receive the gold seal award from the ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge, for its 70.9 percent voter participation rate.

Since that time, UBalt has continued too see industry-leading voter engagement in mid-term and general elections, according to The National Study of Learning, Voting, and Engagement (NSLVE). See the most recent NSLVE report here.
