TeamDynamix at UBalt:
TeamDynamix (TDX) is a ticketing, work flow, and project management tool used by the Office of Technology Services and other offices, including CELTT, Office of the Bursar, and Facilities Management. You can access TDX in the Tools section of the MyUBalt portal. From there, you can submit a help request through TDX’s service catalog and see your past and current requests. All requests are entered into TDX, and updates are sent to you through email via TDX. Please check your email rules to ensure you do not have any filtering emails from TDX.
