Student ParkingFall plans for students are available at the Fitzgerald Garage, which is owned and managed by a third party. Student plans may be purchased here.
Semester Plans are an option: Tap your Bee Card to enter and exit the garage.
Each option is prepaid and valid for one semester; simply tap your Bee Card at the entrance and exit gates at the Fitzgerald Garage.
Parks on a numbered park plan are used on a per park basis. A park is considered when an exit is made. Also, after 11:59pm on the day of entry, another park begins.
All plans are nonrefundable; unused parks expire at the end of the semester. Student financial transactions are between the student and the Fitzgerald.

Parking for Regular Faculty and Staff
Pre-tax parking is a way to to pay for regular faculty and employees to pay for unlimited parking through payroll deductions. (The State only offers this benefit to regular employees.) Under this option, the amount of the annual parking rate will be deducted in installments on a pre-tax basis from your bi-weekly pay throughout the year from late August through May, instead of paying for the permit in full at the time of purchase.
Regular employees may request pre-tax parking at this link, then complete the secure form to enroll or re-enroll in pre-tax parking at this link at this link. Click here if you have here if you have questions. Additional details about pre-tax parking are below.
Contractual employees and adjunct parkers may view their parking options at this link.
For infrequent parkers for whom it does not make sense to purchase a parking plan, an option is to pay the discounted campus daily rate at the Fitzgerald attendant's booth by showing your Bee Card and parking ticket pulled at the gate to the cashier. The cashier must be present to validate your parking ticket, and then the campus rate may be paid at the window in cash, credit or debit. You may may pay the garage market rate in lane with credit or debit; the rates are posted in the garage.
More details about pre-tax parking: Pre-tax payroll deductions are a payment method for regular employees who need access to park in the Fitzgerald Garage. Pre-tax parkers have access to the Fitzgerald Garage 24/7 by scanning their Bee Card to enter and exit.
Payroll deductions begin in late August and stop in late May; the deductions are not “pay as you go”. The deduction amount is based on an annual parking rate, which is collected in 20 of 26 pay periods. So if it will benefit you to use pre-tax parking when the semester begins, sign up as of July 1, since the deductions will “catch up” the payments for July and August once they begin at the end of August.
