As part of UBalt’s commitment, and in compliance with applicable law and policy, the University has designated a Title IX Coordinator. The Title IX Coordinator has the primary responsibility for coordinating the University’s efforts related to the intake, investigation, resolution, and implementation of Supportive Measures to stop, remediate, and prevent discrimination, harassment, and retaliation prohibited under this policy. The Title IX Coordinator manages the Title IX Team and acts with independence and authority free from bias and conflicts of interest. Inquiries about the application of Title IX to the University may be directed to the Title IX Coordinator, the Department of Education, Office of Civil Rights, or both.
