Current UBalt undergraduate, graduate and certificate students are able to receive
one code at no cost. UBalt alumni, faculty and staff may take the assessment, however,
they would need to pay for the code.
Access codes are distributed one time per student.
We request that codes are not transferred due to the fact that each code is purchased
and assigned by name and email, within a database, based on the student/faculty request.
Yes, once you complete the assessment and receive your top five talent themes, you
can choose to purchase your 34 themes in order from Gallup.
Individual access codes will be processed in three business days.
Individual access codes, with 1:1 coaching requests, will be processed in five business
days. However, coaching will be available by appointment only via UBworks.
Bulk codes for student organizations and classroom presentations will be processed
at a minimum of 10 business days.
Faculty should send a request through the Career and Internship Center classroom presentation
request form. Once the classroom request is confirmed, students will receive their code via email
within one week prior to the presentation.
