What is Welcome Weeks?

Welcome Weeks, usually held during the first and/or second week of class, is one of the first traditions that students get to experience on campus. It is an opportunity for all students—new and returning—to:

  • build community
  • connect to resources
  • experience all that UB and the city of Baltimore have to offer.

All Week

UB Campus Pantry Drive
9 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Thursday; 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Friday
UB Student Center, Room 302
Donate $5 cash or five non-perishable food items (i.e. cereal, canned beans, pasta, spaghetti sauce—no ramen noodles, please) and receive a free T-shirt!

Local businesses and agencies will be on-hand to discuss the resources and services they offer UB students.

Meet UB Resource Fair
3 p.m.-6 p.m.

Find out about campus departments and offices, as well as student organizations, while enjoying light refreshments.

SGA Game Night
8 p.m.-10 p.m.

Join the Student Government Association for a night of games, freebies, and food.
