Momentum for Reform

CCJR brought together partners from across the DMV for the 3rd Annual Criminal Legal Reform Advocates’ Retreat, preparing advocates and organizers for Maryland’s upcoming legislative session. With more than 220 participants, the gathering strengthened relationships and deepened regional collaboration to advance community-driven policy change.

Remove Barriers to Opportunity

On December 13, CCJR joined B.U.I.L.D. and community partners for a powerful community action, bringing together more than 200 directly impacted people and allies. Together, we reflected on our progress and recommitted to advancing a bold policy agenda in Annapolis, including Clean Slate in 2026.
