University of Baltimore Office of Technology Services (OTS) is excited to announce the support for Windows 11 on University-owned computers. OTS is committed to ensuring UBalt Faculty, Staff, and Students have access to the latest technology. Creating a smooth and seamless experience for all users, which is why we took the time to develop a secure and solid image.

Transitioning to Windows 11
The transition to Windows 11 will begin in Winter 2024, targeting general usage classrooms, OTS labs, and OTS Controlled Virtual Desktops. OTS will continue to support Windows 10 and will work to update all computers before its end-of-life date of October 2025. -
