All Appeal request MUST be submited after the beginning of class sessions, excluding SAP Appeals. 

• June 2, 2025: Summer 2025 priority date to submit Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) appeals

• June 17, 2025: Summer 2025 Graduate and Undergraduate disbursement process begins.*

• July 15, 2025: Last day to submit Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) appeals

• July 14, 2025: Summer 2025 disbursement begins for second 5-week session courses.*

• June 24, 2025: Last day to submit a ALL fully completed Office of Financial Aid documentation.

• July 15, 2025: Last day to apply for summer aid.

• July 15, 2025: Last day to apply for federal loans

• September 25, 2025: Fall 2025 10-week Graduate and Undergraduate disbursement process begins.

• October 6, 2025 - October 9, 2025: Financial Aid Awareness Week

• October 31, 2025: Last day to submit Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) appeal for the Fall 2025.

• October 31, 2025: Last day to submit ALL fully completed Office of Financial Aid documentation.

• November 6, 2025: Fall 2025 disbursement begins for the second 7 -week session courses

• November 21, 2025: Last day to apply for federal loans.
