Inspired Discoveries is where UBalt undergraduates shine. For the past ten years, Inspired Discoveries has been the premier UBalt event for student research and creative work, featuring short presentations showcasing the amazing work being done by our best and brightest students. There’s a cash prize for the best presentation, awarded by a panel of UBalt faculty and staff judges, along with some additional prizes. This year's event will take place on Friday, May 2nd, beginning at 11AM in room 412 in the RLB library, as well as online through Zoom. In this hybrid format prerecorded talks will be presented before lunch with live talks afterwards.
Our faculty speaker for Inspired Discoveries 2025 will be Dr. Sally Farley, outgoing
director of the Honors Program, with her talk:
"Research Ideas are Everywhere! You Just Have to Pay Attention"
Friends and family are encouraged to join us as we celebrate scholarship, creativity, and student achievement!
