*Note: You only have until August 1, 2022, to recover your emails.
The OTS Call Center has received a few calls from campus community members this week that some of their emails from May 28 to June 3, 2022, are missing. To check your email account for this issue, please go to your inbox or deleted items folder and determine if you have any missing emails from May 28 to June 3. If you are missing emails from this period, follow the steps below to recover the lost messages:
PC Users Outlook Desktop App:
- From your email menu, select the Deleted Items folder
- At the top of the Outlook ribbon, select Recover Deleted Items
- Select the items you want to recover and select Restore
- Items will be restored to your Deleted Folder
- Move items you need from the Deleted folder to the Inbox folder
Office 365 Webmail and Mac users:
- From your email menu, select the Deleted Items folder
- Select Recover items deleted from this folder
- Select the items you want to recover, click Restore at the top or right-click and restore
- Items will be restored to your Inbox Folder at the original date and time received
