The 14th annual "Rise to the Challenge" Business Pitch Competition was held at UBalt on May 6. Several local entrepreneurs with UBalt connections got their start, and in a big way became part of Baltimore's entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The University of Baltimore's Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation has announced the six finalists for its 14th annual "Rise to the Challenge" Business Pitch Competition, taking place on May 6. The finalists will compete for $30,000 in funds to support their business concepts and start-ups.
The University of Baltimore's "Rise to the Challenge" is supported annually by the University's Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) and provides a showcase for many of the UBalt community's most talented and driven entrepreneurs.
The Rise to the Challenge Pitch Competition offers up to $30,000 in cash and professional services up for grabs. The competition promises to be UBalt’s most exciting competition of the year.
