At the University of Baltimore School of Law, you will be immersed in a rigorous, fast-paced program of legal education. Our world-class faculty will ground your education in the study of legal doctrine and contemporary legal theory. Meanwhile, from an early stage in your career here, you will confront real-world challenges of legal practice by participating in our nationally recognized clinics and/or externships throughout the Baltimore-Washington, D.C., region, the second-largest legal market in the nation.

JD‑Next Update for Applicants

The University of Baltimore School of Law has received the necessary variance from the American Bar Association to accept JD‑Next as an approved admissions assessment. However, UBalt Law will not accept JD‑Next scores for the 2026 application cycle.

The law school is currently evaluating how JD‑Next may fit into its admissions process and will determine its potential use for future application cycles. Updates will be provided as soon as decisions are finalized.a valid LSAT or GRE score to be considered for admission.
