Degrees for federal employees

The University of Baltimore offers 12-credit graduate certificates that provide an affordable way to expand your expertise or to build new skills for a shift in careers. Most programs are offered both online and in person. Residents of Maryland, Delaware, Washington DC, and regions of Northern Virginia and Southcentral Pennsylvania may be eligible for in-state tuition.

    • Unless otherwise indicated, all certificate programs may be completed in-person at our Baltimore campus, online, or through a combination of in-person and online courses. 
  • Length: 12 credit hours equals 4 courses
  • Regional Tuition
    • Residents of Washington DC, Delaware, 12 counties in Virginia, and of 4 southcentral Pennsylvania counties are eligible for in-state tuition rates. Students in some online graduate programs are eligible for in-state tuition regardless of residency. Please see this page for more information.
