ATTENTION! YOUR UB EMAIL HAS CHANGED- READ THIS!

E-mail and calendaring services for all UB students have migrated to Microsoft Office 365.

This web-based service will provide vastly increased mailbox storage (50GB), and many enhanced services. In addition to moving e-mail to the new service, students will also be licensed for the following products**:

  • Office WebApps
  • OneDrive cloud based file storage (unlimited)
  • Free Office 365 ProPlus suite for Mac, Windows or mobile devices (up to 5 copies). Instructions and download link are on the MyUB portal page under the Computer Services pagelet.  http://myub.ubalt.edu

What do you need to do?

If you receive University of Baltimore e-mail on your mobile devices, you will need to reconfigure those devices after your e-mail moves to the new service. Instructions are here: http://www.ubalt.edu/about-ub/offices-and-services/technology-services/o365/365-mobile-email.cfm

Do you forward your UB e-mail to an external account?

If you still want to forward your UB email after the migration, you must setup mail forwarding again. Please click here for detailed instructions.
